Terrible Service from American Swiss (Foshini Group)

<p>i have tried opening a account with the foshini group but they refuse to assist me in opening it,i have been to the Randburg store countless times to open this account,they have sent my documentation to head office countless times,when i phoned the new accounts department to enquire why my account hasnt been processed they say my statement didnt have my name on it,how in gods name is that possible when clearly my statement has my name and address im highly annoyed by this i have submitteddgfsolve this matter,or i will be forced to visit your head office to have the matter resolved,if you dont want to give me an account its okay i will go else where</p>
