Terrible service from American Swiss

I had a terrible service from American Swiss, I bought earrings from this company in December and only wore them once then they started to bend, I took then to American Swiss store in Tzaneen for exchange or repair, they took them and told me that they will call me in 3 weeks time which they never did, since the 25th of December till until now, that's when I went back yesterday yo ask what is happening, why didn't anyone communicated with me, the store manager said they cannot help me , infact they never tried to send them for repair, I can't believe the terrible service from them I spent a lot of money to buy those earrings but American Swiss don't give a damn. The manager in Tzaneen told me that they did not ask me to buy the earrings from them why didn't I choose another store since they are many. I just wanted them to fix them or refund me my money that's all. I really hate American Swiss, I thought they are selling quality products but it's all ****
