Terrible Service

I came in to the store looking for an engagement ring and the look that the lady gave me (an Indian lady with short hair, I haven't seen her before) and my luck she is the one that I had to request assistance from. Absolutely unhelpful and know it all, not to mention rude and abrupt. Absolutely no sense of customer service nor a smile! I will never go back there again.
