Terrible Service

<p>On Saturday the 6th Of August 2016 my husband and I went to The American Swiss , at Waterfall mall Rustenburg to open an account, we were assisted by Nozipho and Precious who told us to come back with a proof of income. We came back the following day with head office, my husband’s 3 month’s bank statement. We were then told by Precious that my husband should receive a CALL from them (American swiss), as to whether the account has been approved or not. She asked us to leave the Documents (copy of Id and bank statements) with her.</p> <p>On Wednesday the 10th, I visited the store to follow up. Precious then told me that she has received nothing from Head office; the application is still in process. She didn’t check on the system to verify.</p> <p>We went back to the store on Saturday 13th August, and we were told that both Precious and Nozipho were off. We were then assisted by Masego, she put my husband on the phone with head office. Head office confirmed that no application was logged, we were also enlightened that there is no way that the store would call you to inform you of the outcome of the application, we would receive an sms instead. We were really frustrated as we had to go through the same process of the application, just because Precious was unable or not willing to do her job of assisting customers. We were really angry as we had wasted our time and we were not assisted.</p> <p>Though the application has not been finalized but thanks to Masego, if it wasn’t for her, we would still be going back and forth to the store and been **** to our faces that the ”application is still in process”. Well at least she knows what she is doing.</p>
