Terrible Serivce

<p>I baught my engament ring at Amrican Swiss Kollenade and then later on 2 bands to get solderd onto the current ring. 1st they gave me a quote and I accepted it. My ring came back with the 1 band scew and I said that it is unacceptable you can see that it is scew and then the 2 store assistants made as if they cant see that it is scew and said that it is not that bad and that I should take it like that. They got my size also wrong the 1st time. The second time the rings arrived the store manager (Charmaine) decided that the rings is still not straight and send it back and to seperate the rings again without talking to me, after it has been seperated she phoned me and expained that they seperated it. So now the other band is scew and not matching the other band so at the end they tell me this after the rings has been on and off. I am getting married and did contact the head office compalint centre and they are still getting bakc to me. I want my rings as is and they can promise that I not going to be straight again but how do I not know that after everything they damaged my rings. Now I told them that I want the ring solderd and now they want to give me a new quote as well and now I have to wait for the workshop to back to me to tell me if they will do it. Can somebody just give me advise on how to handle this situation because I am not going to pay more that what they already quoted me. At this stage I just want to tell them they must give me a refund on the bands and rings becuase I dont want them anymore.</p>
