Terrible repair and customer service.

I took a sportswatch to them for repairs and they told me I would have a quotation in no time but the repair would take up to 6 weeks. 2 weeks after I took the watch to them I still haven't received any quotation. When they eventually phoned me it was the wrong quotation. I eventually just asked to send the watch back to me, this was the second of August, I still have not received my watch. I won't suggest American Swiss for repairs!
