Terrible Customer Sevice

On the 5/03/2022, I bought a watch from American Swiss at Workshop Mall in Durban. This strap belt of this watch is the ones that have holes and two holding hooks to keep the belt tight on your wrist. On the 6/03/2022 I wore the watch at church, and found out that the hooks don't hold it tight, they are loose letting the belt flapping clumsy on my wrist. I took the watch back to the shop and I was attended by a lady called Zama . I told her and showed her the problem and she refused reason being the belt is not faulty 'she said'. I wanted to speak to the Manager who came and told me the same unacceptable response. They both said even if they can take the watch back it cannot be fixed. As a client I was not given any solution, no other option but to take it whether I like or not. At that shop there is no customer service at all. They Zama and her Manager don't make jewellery , they were suppose to take the watch back and give back the money and make me choose something else, or give me another solution.
