Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service! I've had numerous visits to a branch in Pietermaritzburg inquiring about a wedding band. My wedding is on the 1st September and they ensured me they would push to have it ready. 2 weeks later I went back AGAIN to ask how the order was progressing. The staff member said if I had been contacted with a quote...no I hadn't! Had I been told about a deposit...no I hadn't! She said the lady who served me would phone me in half an hour as she was on tea...which she didn't! I'm left now with 3 weeks to my wedding to try and sort it out. Thank you American Swiss for leaving me without a wedding band for my wedding!!!!!!!!!!!!!
