Terrible customer service

I bought a gift for my fiance which i needed today as we are leaving for Durban tomorrow morning, i called the store at 17:50pm asking if i can fetch the gift as i was at the mall at that time and they said they are closed!!!! Who closes the doors ten minutes before time? And if i am providing a means of income by purchasing from your store, surely youvould have waited until 6pm which is the stipulated closing time. I hope the owner/ manager is aware of what is going on at American Swiss Forest Hill!!!! Absolutely livid!!!!
