tempo watch strap repair

i bought a watch on the 12 of September 2014 at silverton American swiss a week after i went to the store to make the watch smaller after that the clip was faulty if i just move my hand the watch clips open. i took it back in January for repair of strap it took longer than six weeks as they said called every time to follow after i called more then four time the lady calls me and the me the watch is ready for collection. got the watch and the had to make the strap smaller again first day wearing it again clip goes open again after moving my hand.
