Tempo watch. endless problems.

My husband Bought this lovely watch for my birthday. It was a bit big so the jeweller took out a couple of links. <br> A couple of months later the watch fell off my arm and nearly broke. Took it to A Swiss they fixed it only for another couple of weeks. Since I bought this lovely watch it has been in for repair more than it has been on my arm. Got it fixed last week and in pieces again. Very disappointed and upset. Don't know what to do now.. please help...
