Tempo watch

I bought a watch on the 28th of November 2024 and have worn it only twice. It broke a week after I bought it and fell off my wrist, i went straight to the store and the guy made a joke about and said there’s a missing piece. I’ve lost the slip however have got bank notification and a statement that I bought it from them & they remember me but have refused to assist.
