Tempi watches bad quality and service

I bought a tempo watch in december 2017, since dsy 1 i had problems with it, the store employees did not help. I even met the area manager. After chatting with him, he convinced me that all was ok with the watch. Since then, i had to go back sevrral times to fix the bracelet's clasp that comes iff. I did not wear it 3 tines and the clasp is off again! It is a wstch that i only use on special occasions and it is imposdible for it to hsve wear and tear yet... Needless to say i will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from Stetns, or do so myself again. I see many similar complaints on other platforms....
