System error

I am so disappointed! My friend and I bought tempo watches at American Swiss in greenstone shopping center. They adjusted watches to our wrists and everything went perfectly fine until we made a payment. We performed multiple tender types with both our plastic cards yet they told us they did not go through, this was due to their system error. We then waited more than 30 minutes whilst they were making a phone call to their IT service desk. We were told that the amount of the money that we had already paid was going to be reversed bank into our accounts within the coming 24 hours yet we have been waiting for more than 72 hours still no help from them instead we are told to bring the bank statements. We want our watches!
