swollen ear piercing no ointment given told to use spirts

hi i did a piercing at american swiss in zeerust firstly the women pierced both my ears in 2 different places i got over it thats fine then my left ear started swelling and its getting worse i paid for 2sets of piercings and got them done but did not get anything to apply on it yet it is told on boards in store and online that you will get ointment after to heal the piercing but that was not i was told to put spirts and if i knew i was putting my life at risk i would have done it in a place where they look after their customers and enjoy their jobs and not do it for the sake of doing and putting peoples lives at risk i cant sleep at night my ear lobe is so swollen and i am in alot of pain american swiss zeerust is the worse the people working there arent good people at all the laugh with you because they see money they dont give a damn about the risks they take they are very useless
