STRESSED OUT BRIDE!!!!!

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from the American Swiss store in Bluff. After my fiance purchased my engagement ring there we were told that the first sizing would be free. I go there on theb14 October to have my ring sized for my wedding, I get told that we have to pay and that the lady that advised us of this is no longer working there. Anyway we agreed to pay for the sizing which is R299 per band. Gave them my rings to be sized and polished. I asked the consultant how long would it take to get them back. I was told within a week which suited me perfectly as my wedding is on the 31 Oct 2020. On Monday the 26th I go back to the store as i havent heard from them yet, only to be told by a different consultant that my rings are not done yet!!! Take into mind this is now over a week later. I then get told not to worry my rings will be at the store before Thursday. Low and behold I go to the store today, which is Thursday and GUESS WHAT!!!! STILL NO RINGS!!!!! I am furious and stressed now as my wedding is on Saturday. Disgusting service from AMERICAN SWISS BLUFF BRANCH. If my rings are not there tomorrow which is Friday.....AMERICAN SWISS YOU WILL GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT RING!!!!! And I am going to take this to social media. It
