Stones Falling plus Size Fail

My now fiancé purchased an engagement ring from one of your stores, he was unsure of the size and was told he would be able to resize the ring once he proposed. The ring purchased was a P and I am a K size, now we are told that the ring can not be made smaller to the required size nor can a ring be order for the required size as only standard sizes are kept and to make matters worse the diamonds are beginning to fall out. I find I terribly unacceptable as now I am expected to walk around with a ring that will possibly be lost due to the large size difference, how can a jeweller not cater for the unique but only the standard!!!
