Stone falling off multiple times on ring

I bought a ring from the store online via Bash last July, a stone fell off and I had taken it into the store for repairs all well and good service was prompt, the same stone falls off again a few weeks later, sent a message on their page, no response, had to send another message to ask if anyone is going to respond, days later someone asks for my number and that's it, nothing,I have so much Jewellery from American swiss over the years, the quality has deteriorated over the years.
