Staff member insulting and throwing tantrums

I was insulted by the guy without a name tag when I brought the ring for exchange as it was small. He was impatient and told me that if the ring doesn't fit me that means all Rings from American swiss won't fit as they only sell one size. It was surprising as I once bought a ring that fits me. He said that was long time and things have changed. I asked questions she started throwing tantrums and threatened to call security. He said I must voetzek and used a b**ch word. This happened on Wednesday at Sandton city between 12:40 and 13:00. When I asked his name he said it doesn't matter and if I really need it he's Julian. I have recorded this incident
