Sold an incorrect ring

Bought a ring in 2020 from they store it was 50 %OFF SO PAID 30 000 FOR A RING WHICH VALUED AT 60 000 and to my surprise I wanted to check the ring in this year 2024 and found out the diamond is not even worth 5000 which shocked me as there is a massive crack in the middle of the diamond... took it back to american swiss and unfortunately they stated the ring is fine nothing wrong with it but no email was even sent I had to travel back to the american swiss store in clearwater mall which is were I bought it from to find out an email was sent the same day saying the ring is fine but it was even before they reviewed my email of the proof of the certificate etc
