I am disappointed at the service received in Mams Mall, the one lady working there looks down on people no customer service I bought a smart watch in Menlyn since it did not have some of the features I wanted I decided to return it. upon arriving at the store I informed the lady that I was there to return the product, she insisted that Menlyn store explained exactly how the product works and I that I did not listen to them. Upon being shocked she said "we don't have cash if u return the product" I informed her that I actually used my cheque card and not cash to purchase the product, she insisted I could only be refunded in a credit card gave her my CC the funds do not reflect treating customers fairly should be implemented in that store never Judge a book by it cover it will help increase sales and revenue for the business and lead to increased salaries rude people are killing the business as some of us will not come back.
