Sizing of my new wedding set wrong

<p>I ahve purchased my new wedding set form American Swiss Canal Walk on Thursday 22/12/2016, they assisted to have it resized the following day, the cashier advised there is a estimate of R1500 to R1900 for the sizing and a full shank added due to the 7 sizes the ring mus tbe sized bigger, once i received my ring the next day , the ring is way to loose, they confirmed it is indeed to a V as i requested, my other ring also american swiss size V does not sit the same as this new ring, i informed the cashier and management and i was simply advised well thats the size i requested and that is what was done,</p> <p> </p> <p>i took my ring to a other jeweler who also checked the size and we saw the one ring is infact slightly bigger, the consultant shoudl have also advised to take one size smaller as it is a wedding set and it would sit to loose wich, did not occur</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I paid R1900 for this resizing and this is the service i get back,</p> <p> </p> <p>this in unaceptable, and i want my ring fsized to fit me correctly</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards:</p> <p> </p> <p>Chante</p>
