Silver ring bought Feb 2015 is cracking

I bought my daughter a ring in Des 2014, but it was to small and the sales lady told me at Paarl Mall American Swiss they can resize the ring. So the ring was finished for collection in February 2015. Now a year later the silver ring is cracking in the middle and when I and my daugter went to American Swiss Paarl Mall the Manager Audrey just told us sorry she can not help us. We must call Duncan Jewelers because they did the resize of the ring. She was not help full. I am a good customer for almost 20 years and this was the first time if been treated like that. I need someone of American Swiss to phone me so that we can sort this problem out. Im very unhappy!!! Regards Carene Passerini ***
