SHOCKING SERVICE FROM AMERICAN SWISS A TFG COMPANY!!!!

Horrible service from AMERICAN SWISS part of the TFG Group!!!

I purchased a cell phone a Samsung Galaxy Prime plus for my son who is a minor in 2017. The sales consultant asked me if I wanted to cell phone insurance cover for the phone and I agreed. It was added to my purchase. My son was ****** in March 2019. I reported the incident to the Mondeor Police Station and they gave me an affidavit. The phone was blacklisted and I took all the documentation to the American Swiss store in Southgate. The TFG insurance company declined my cell phone claim based on the fact that i did not state on the insurance form that my son will be using the cell phone device. The sales person was extremely *********** to clearly explain this VERY IMPORTANT FACT to me as i CLEARLY STATED that I'm purchasing the cell phone FOR MY SON!!!! The service at American Swiss WAS SHOCKING!!!! I went to the store numerous times. Phoned numerous times for feedback but without success. I had to phone the insurance at my OWN expense only to be referred back to the store and the store referred my to the insurance company. Someone from the store phoned my and told me the claim was approved only to be told by Lindiwe Masakwa Manager at the Southgate store that it was declined. It took them almost 6 weeks to investigate.SHOCKING !!!!!!!! I am cancelling the insurance cover TODAY!! I would not recommend cell phone cover with this company!!! PS: LETS SEE HOW LONG THEY WILL TAKE FOR A RESPONSE.
