SHOCKING quality of white gold wedding ring!!

<p>My white-gold wedding ring was purchased on the 3rd April 2016. It had to be resized as it was big. Ever since the resizing, my ring has been weak: On the 16th November 2016, I took it back because it was bending at random places and loosing shape. When I got the ring back, it was STILL not perfectly round but I was told there was nothing thet could do. It is now JULY 2017, and the main ring has started to bend and crack as well. I am beyond disappointed with American Swiss and I demand a refund. I refuse to keep taking the same ring back to the store for the same reason. It's unacceptable. </p>
