Shocking and Appalling

<p>I took my Leather Band Gold Face to ASJ in Eastgate to have the straps replaced, when it came back it had a SILVER Buckle and the straps were swopped around. So off it went again to be changed came back looking much better. My 2nd Incident the `m` on my TEMPO watch fell off sent it in went on the 18th Sept to collect lo and behold there is a piece of glue stuck in the inside spoke to the Manager Lizelle who assured me that she will send it in and that the she will call me on the Monday 19th Sept to advise me when it will returned to me as i wasn`t gonna wait another 6 weeks. I am still waiting for that call luckily i had popped into eastgate on the 23rd Sept and Hazel called Lizelle who i dont know what she said to Hazel but i was given a feeble apology. My gripe does`nt ASJ have quality controllers to check before items are despatched???? its pathetic service that was rendered and as for the ones that are the managers at these stores, im sorry but NO COMMENT !!!!! I have actually told family members to stop buying me from ASJ cause im so disgusted with them.</p>
