****ty product!!!!!

So I called and logged a complaint with customer service on Saturday 6th April of which I have still heard nothing about. My husband bought me a chain from the Westgate Mall store in Mitchell's Plain and when i tried to put it on it immediately snapped. We took it back to the store and they said they have to send it away. A few weeks went buy and then they called us to come collect it. To our dismay when we collected it, it was still broken and was told it couldn't be fixed. according to the sales lady she said the chain is too thin and that's why it can't be fixed. Also that it happens quite often which is why they don't recommend customers to buy it. Firstly, why even stock a product as faulty as this one? Secondly, if it's in the store and it's being sold and it looks beautiful of course one is going to want to buy it. So now I am sitting with a broken chain that can not be fixed and CAN NOT be worn?? A wasted +-R2000.00 This is the second review that we have put on because no one is coming back to us.
