SERVICE SUCKS @ AMERICAN SWISS

<p>My account has been paid up, then i got a phone call telling me I owe them money for a magazine subscription, which I paid . On the 1st March 2016 I e-mailed them, to cancel the subscription, but to no avail, I am still, to today receiving threats of handing the account over to their collections department. I must have sent them 6 or 7 e-mails, rep**** to their sms's and contacted their credit department. Nothing has been done!!!! To top it all no magazines have been delivered to me since March 2016.
