Service from American Swiss at Sandton City. I searched for a ring that I wanted for my wife in many of the stores. Finally I went to Sandton City .A gentleman by the name of Yolan assisted me and sourced the ring that I wanted. He kept me in the loop sourced the ring had it IBT'd to his store and I collected the ring as promised. 10/10 for service from Yolan
