So I was just treated like a dog in American Swiss by Manager Judity, I have a ring 5 months old that broke, stone fell out, I gave them my slip etc as the slip states refund as I paid for the item, they tried refunding me into my Cheque card after me telling them its not a credit card, then I was ignored for half an hour in store while they assist other people and tell me they won't help me because they do not have cash. Now look I have had it with American Swiss from day 1 when I bought that ring it was sent for resizing then a week later they forgot to send it, I was given that ring with no box and my slip and never refunded the R200 paid to have it resized. They are pathetic at service and rudeness it sick and has now been recorded in store today
