Selling reject items for

Bought a A32 cell phone from them, 2 weeks later the phone broke and they gave me a new one. Guess what another 2 weeks down the line and the phone is broken again!! What absolutely nonsense they clearly selling factory rejects. I bought my phone on the same day from a different shop and mine to date has not give one problem! Plus mine was 800 cheaper for the same phone!
