Selling **** Jewelry claiming it's real gold!

I purchased 2 rings from the American Swiss in Johannesburg Rosebank Mall branch.<br> I stored the rings in my cupboard in the box for safe keeping. After just a few months when I took them out the supposed 9 carrot gold was turning black. <br> <br> I went back to the store to ask for a certificate of authentication because I was told that the rings were 9 carrot gold. Gold should not go black. When they couldn't actually provide me with the certificate they said they will give me a refund because those rings weren't actually pure gold. Even though this is what I was sold.Why are they claiming to sell pure gold when in fact it is not?<br> <br> Throughout this process I was treated very badly and was told that I must just choose other rings. When I asked for my money back they said they don't have the cash they will just give me a voucher. I only have a budget of R5000 and there are no other rings for this amount. <br> <br> I would like my money returned to me in my bank account. A reliable company like American Swiss should not be selling **** Gold Jewelry claiming it is real.
