If I could rate you 0 I would! I was in your Rosebank branch today, and your sales lady was so busy doing tik toks that she didn’t even notice me. When she finally did, I asked her a question, whether this was the only type of ring that you have her response was, “uhm yeah” and that was it! Nothing more, no type of sales experience, or trying to upsell! Seriously? If you want to stay relevant your sales team is a big aspect.
