Rude poor service from the sales person

Made a follow up regarding my watch that went on the 14nth Of March for repairs and person who assisted me today 15 May 2025 Hlengiwe Wanda (American Swiss Musgrave Durban) she was so rude, I had never ever seen a rude sales person like her in my life, to the point that the store Manager Nosipho had to intervene because she could hear the level of rudeness she was. I hope the store will investigate that telephonic conversation further. Thanks to the store manager Nosipho for intervening and speaking to me in a professional manner.
