Rude consultant

On Friday 27th November 2020, I went with my sister to America Swiss Promonade Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town to collect her wedding bands she bought. She had it resized too and merely asked the person helping her ( his name is Lutho) what happens to the gold after the original size is made small, he then said he would give us a number to call and we can ask them. While he's busy packing the rings I said to him in a nice manner don't forget the number he became so rude. Shouting at me, telling me I shouldn't ask him stuff he doesn't know, he later went and pointed he's fingers at me in the store, none of the other staff did anything, he looked like he wanted to give me a smack, when I asked for the manager he said to me, tell the manager, I'm not scared of them and I don't care if you the customer I will speak to you like this I will point at you and e rude to you. No one did a thing. This is unacceptable, this is wrong in so many ways he had no right to speak to me like that I'm the customer he said not have acted those at and for the fact that he pointed he's finger in my face was taking it far. I'm not leaving this matter like this
