Rude and lazy

I opened a TFG account online I got an approval in minutes everything went well I was advised to collect my card at any TFG store, I went to sterns and picked a ring where I was advised my account doesn't appear and discovered that it's under American Swiss went there and I've never seen anyone that rude and unwilling to help she didn't even check on the \system"said no reference number we can't do a thing yet at Sterns right across them they were able to call and find out was the problem was.
