Absolutely disgusted with the service received from manager Arthie Baburam 011201 at Shelly Centre American Swiss. She treated me with an attitute while I was just asking questions. She called me with a matter and threw the phone down in my ear. Didn't even try to help me with my problem that I have. As well as the store has absolutely no cash on hand for refunds on ******* jewelry which is absolutely ridiculous and they owe other customers money as well also for returns on their ******* jewelry. Will never ever buy from them again. Don't recommend anyone buying from them! After all that I still don't have my money back. I advice the head office of American Swiss to send her to customer service training for her to learn to handle customers with respect. She wants me to make arrangements on my side to do her own work. I would like head office to handle this matter further. I want my money before Friday! Honestly so disappointed.
