Absolutely ******* store. Bought my fiancée her engagement ring from American Swiss 11 months ago and they say the ring is sterling silver but the ring color has completely faded and has scratches all over even the ring is starting to crack and the sapphires lost color and my fiancée doesn't even wear it daily. Want my money back!
