Rotten Resizing
<p>I bought a ring from and had it resized at American Swiss Kolonnade. And this is what it looked like when I picked it up. The bamd is completely and utterly skew. Manager of Kolonnade branch has no social s****s and threatened to remove me from the store by her 'bodyguard'.</p>

Your Kolonnade manager is continuing to threaten and harass me with phone calls, without addressing the issue at hand, accusing me of incorrect facts and denying any guilt. I will be laying a complaint with the police for harrassment and threats.
