I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the repair of my rosegold necklace. My necklace was received by your workshop on March 6, 2024. Since then, I have been unable to obtain any concrete information about the status of the repair or the whereabouts of my necklace.
It has now been almost three months, and despite multiple inquiries, I have received no satisfactory explanation for the delay. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far short of the standards I expect from a reputable company like American Swiss.
I demand that my necklace be repaired immediately and returned to me without any further delay. Furthermore, given the considerable inconvenience and distress caused by this situation, I insist that the repair be carried out free of charge.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a prompt resolution. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide me with a detailed update on the status of my necklace within the next 24 hours.

I'm still waiting for the call or email. Also, no news from the shop about the whereabouts of my necklace. This is very unprofessional and feels this issue needs to be escalated, its been two months now, why am I treated like this ???? To think it was my birthday present that I now have no clue if it will return or if returned be in a decent condition.
