Rings

I went to buy my wedding ring at American Swiss on a Monday evening in Menlyn. the ring was too big and they told me that they will have it cut by Friday and if they cannot cut it, they will call me on Wednesday to notify me. Wednesday passed and they did not call or sms me, on Thursday, I took my efforts of calling them to ask if the ring was cut and they assured me that if they did not call me, then it has been cut. Later on Thursday evening, I went back to verify if it has been cut and they said yes and that I can pick it up on Friday.On Friday afternoon, I returned again to pick it up and I was told it is not back yet, I asked them again if it has been cut and they said yes. They told me to come back later on the Friday to pick it up. I called them around 17h00 on the Friday and they told me that the ring is back and I can come pick it up and it has been cut. I went to pick it up on Saturday late afternoon. When I got there, they tell me that the ring was not cut at all, I was so furious as I spent my money and time following up on the matter instead of them doing a follow up with me.My wedding was on Sunday and I was left with no ring because of American Swiss.i am angry
