ring turned bronze, grey

Somehow I think there is a problem with the metal that was used for these rings. I went to the Germiston American swiss. They put the rings in the solid and polished them. When they came out they were the correct silver and yellow gold. But on monday they were back ko their grey and bronze colour. What I dnt understand is now that I take it off when I do dishes or bath or laundry which is a risk of losing them. Why do they still change colour. When I sweat during the day, they change to worse colours. What's this guys. What's the solution because I can't keep on going to the store everyday to have the ring polished. What happens to buyers who stays in rural areas. What abt the travel costs. Of which we get told that the very same way it looks like on a display it won't change. I was given a chloth to do it myself. But Every two minutes I have to polish it because the way it looks its embarassing. Where do I get the time to polish it every second when I'm at work. How do you resolve this guys. Cz really this is not working
