Ring that went for resizing and never came back, poor customer service

we bought our wedding rings set on 26th Nov at AMERICAN SWISS SPRINGS and mine had to go for resizing, we were told it takes 3-5 working days to return to the shop and it was going to make it for the next weekend when we needed it. I followed up Anita at the shop on Wednesday 30th of Nov and she told me by Friday 2nd of Dec the rings will be back. On Friday spoke to Anita again and she said tomorrow being the Saturday and still the ring was not back and i needed it the next day. Monday the 5th spoke to Anita and she handed the phone over to Norman and was told the rings are still at the workshop. Basically, to date i don't have the ring and attitude has changed when I call because i am being told by Anita she has customers at the shop to attend too. RE***
