Ring that is damaged

On the 10 April 2016, I went to Sandton American Swiss and was helped by Nono Manager<br> <br> 1. She sold me wedding ring size S with two diamond out, How can you sell a ring like that to a bride?<br> 2. I know that the ring was a customer fault, it was bend and dirty. This is embarrassment <br> 3. I went to Centurion store to get my money back , it does not reflect on my bank account. Thanks to Tebogo Centurion Mall<br> <br> I'm so angry and frustrated in this kind of behaviour.<br> <br> I demand an apology from Nono Manager Sandton Store<br>
