Ring Repair

I lost a diamond stud on my ring and had it repaired through your westgate branch in May 2019. I paid for a new diamond stud and for all the diamonds to be locked. 2 months later (July 2019) I have lost the very same diamond stud.

Please advise what process should be followed now because clearly this wasn't fixed properly nor were the diamonds locked.
