Ridiculous.

American Swiss Mall of the South, NEVER answers their phones. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach them telephonically and only succeeded once. I called at American Swiss Mall of the South around the beginning of September for assistance with a customised ring, I received a call confirming that what I wanted was not possible and that I would need to do a plain band, I agreed to this around the 17th of September 2019 and was told a quote would be given to me within 5 business days. Needless to say, we are ten business days down and I cannot get hold of ANYONE to help me. There are no email addresses nor do they answer their phones. Service level is absolutely SHOCKING
