Repair not done

I took my cellphone back to American Swiss on 27 May 2015 after my last complain.<br> <br> Today I went to take it back after it has gone for 7 weeks but still nothing was done to it, it's the way it was on March 2015 which means it has been at American Swiss Office for the better part of 2015 for repairs but nothing came out of that.<br> <br> The is no one who's prepare to pay for repairs as the phone is still under warranty. <br> <br> Can I be assisted on this matter as it has been over different Managers but nothing seems to work out.
