Refuse of Sale

Saturday the 20th of February,8 at exactly 16.50 I walked into American Swiss store at Loch Logan Waterfront in Bloemfontein. After requesting the price of a piece of jewellery that I wished to purchase, I proceeded to the till at exactly 16.55. I was duly informed and denied the right to purchase the said item based on the fact that the staff had already cashed up for the day and couldn't find any solution for the sale to be concluded. . Five Staff members in an empty store could clearly see I was interested in purchasing the item, nevertheless, they refused me right to puchase the item. So much for the need and their eagerness to attain monthly target. No work ethic or pride , not to mention the lack of product knowledge. Perhaps the solution would be to employ two or 3 professional and competant sales persons who care about store's reputation and will be an asset to American Swiss in an exceedingly competitive market.
