refund not granted

i bought a R1600 Ring at american swiss only to find out that my husband got me a ring as well , the following day i went back to get refund and i was told they don't have cash , i went to 4 more stores they telling me the same thing they dont keep cash instore what kind of stores are these that have no cash yet we buy with cash . they can even transfer to my bank account , i dont want a voucher i want my cash back
