Refund issue

On my birthday, I bought myself a watch at American Swiss Menlyn, I wanted it to match the rose gold bracelets that I had. At home, I realised that the watch I bought was too brownish and decided to return it so I get get myself something else. I went back there 3 days after my purchase, and everything was fine for the return until they told me they refund on credit card (which I didn’t use) or cash only . And they said that they don’t have cash, they will call me when they have it. It has been 6 days, no call no nothing. I tried to call them to check if they finally got cash, no answer.
